Our Health and Physical Education department offers a wide range of classes aimed at helping students lead active and healthy lives both now and in the future. From open gym sessions with new daily activities and sports to specialized fitness classes focusing on strength, conditioning, and leadership, our courses provide opportunities for personal growth, teamwork, and lifelong wellness skills.
